Supplier service was great and time shipment was a little slower than expected but everything was delivered; No missing items.
As for the product quality, I will say the beanies feel nice and soft (though not as nicely made as I thought they’d be) and the logo came out nicely. However, the stitching on the logo to beanies was poorly done and almost all of them are crooked; not straight at all. What a bummer. Cindy was great to work with but unfortunately the manufacturer messed up the value of the beanie by the poor care with stitching the logo.

As for the logo, because the label is soft, it cannot be fixed on the beanies and needs to be pulled neatly. Thank you for your support. The result of this incident made us realize that we 'd better use leather patches or rubber patches for the logo of customized beanies.
